Location:
Bratislava - historically Pozsony and Pressburg - is the capital of the Slovak Republic and, with a population of about 429,000, also the country's largest city. Bratislava is in southwestern Slovakia on both banks of the Danube River. Bordering Austria and Hungary, it is the only national capital that borders two countries. It and Vienna are also two of Europe's closest national capitals, at less than 60 kilometres (37 mi) apart.
Bratislava is the political, cultural and economic centre of Slovakia. It is the seat of the Slovak president, the parliament, and the executive branch of the government. It is home to several universities, museums, theatres, galleries and other important cultural and educational institutions.[3] Many of Slovakia's large businesses and financial institutions are also headquartered in it.

Housing:
Students attending the University of Ljubljana can either live on or off-campus. If you are wishing to live on-campus, you will need to fill out the university housing application that is included on the same page as the university application. If you do not plan on living on-campus, you can indicate on your application that you would like housing assistance. Application Procedure:
Students are first required to be nominated to attend a MAUI-Utrecht program. Email studyabroad@baylor.edu to schedule an interview to be nominated for the program. More information regarding the application process will be given at the interview.
Costs:
Students will pay tuition to Baylor and housing to the University of Comenius.Each student is responsible for their own transportation, including airfare.
Legal Documents:
A passport and visa are required. You should apply for a visa as soon as your recieve your letter of acceptance. Obtaining a visa for a foreign country can often take some time. More information on obtaining a visa will be included with your letter of acceptance to the university.
