GAMEROOM-BOWLING CENTER TEAM
Our gameroom-bowling center team serves as managers of “The Cave” overseeing its daily operations of accounting, maintenance, programming, and marketing to assist in building community amongst Baylor students, faculty, and staff.
RESERVATIONS TEAM-AUDIO VISUAL TEAM
Our reservations and audio visual team works with the staff of the Bill Daniel Student Center, facilities, housekeeping, as well as Baylor Catering in planning, organizing, and directing the Center's day to day operations and independently performs a wide range of management assignments. Work requires managing and operating the reservations office which includes answering phones, greeting guests, performing hourly building reviews, set-up and take down of A/V equipment, and general oversight of events.
TICKET OFFICE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Our ticket office management team serves as key personnel for operations pertaining to customer service, filling, mailing of ticket-related materials, orders & payment processing, ticket distribution, reconciliation of sales at end of day and learn ticketing software for BDSC Ticket Office.
STUDENT ACTIVITIES OFFICE TEAM
Our student activities office team serves as prime representatives of the front office assisting with phone calls, customer management and various projects assigned by professional staff members.
DISABILITY SHUTTLE TEAM
Our disability shuttle team facilitates the transportation of temporarily disabled students to and from class during the hours of 7:30am-4:00pm Monday thru Friday.
PANHELLENIC COMPUTER LAB TEAM
Our panhellenic team serves as managers of the Stacy Riddle Forum Computer Lab assisting with the overall operation and maintenance of the space.
