Constitutional Amendments
]To submit constitutional amendments for review, the student organization should submit the following items in person in hard copy form:
1. A revised constitution with signatures from the organization president and advisor
2. A document highlighting the revisions made from the previous constitution.
The Director of Student Activities, Dean for Student Development, and/or the Vice President for Student Life will review these documents and provide a confirmation decision to the organization via email.
*This new policy regarding constitutional amendments may be found on page 12 of the 2011-2012 Student Organization Policy and Procedure Manual. This policy takes effect at the start of the fall 2011 semester.
