The Department of Student Activities is proud to present a program to aid student leaders in Baylor's student organizations.

[IGNITE LEADERSHIP SERIES]

This semester the Department of Student Activities offers the Ignite Leadership Series, a new leadership initiative for student organization officers. This five-part series will serve as the kindling for students' leadership development so that student organizations will be consumed by health, best practices, and accomplishments.

[IGNITE LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS]

The Department of Student Activities offers Ignite Leadership Workshops, an interactive workshop tailored to individual organization needs. Student organizations can request Student Activities staff to present on a topic of their choosing at a retreat, meeting, executive team summit, or other function.

[STUDENT ORGANIZATION SUMMIT]

The Student Organization Summit is a semesterly student organization risk management training program. It is essential for all student organization leaders to attend this training session in order to be informed and educated on how to protect your organization from unnecessary potential and perceived risks.

Organizations which are unable to send its officers and advisors to this required program will be prohibited from hosting social events, placed on organizational probation, and posted on a list on non-compliant student organizations on the Student Activities website.

[STUDENT ORGANIZATION ADVISOR SUMMIT]

Similar to the Student Organization Summit, this event provides training and information to organization advisors to protect their organization from unnecessary potential and perceived risks.

Advisor attendance at this risk management program is essential for their organization to remain in good standing at Baylor. Organizations which are unable to send its advisors to the required program will be prohibited from hosting social events, placed on organizational probation, and posted on a list on non-compliant student organizations on the Student Activities website.
