To complete the process of applying to start a new student organization at Baylor University, the Department of Student Activities requires you to submit the following application materials:

For the fall 2014 semester there are two submission deadlines for application materials:

  • Friday, September 12th
  • Friday, October 10th

Application materials received after the October 11 date will be reviewed the following spring semester.

NOTE: Prospective religious student organizations are required to submit this additional form: Religious Student Organization Charter Process. If your organization is not a religious organization, please do not submit this form.
