[REGISTERING WITH BAYLOR PANHELLENIC]

At the Recruitment Orientation on September 4, 2014, each interested woman will receive Recruitment information. This orientation will convey vital information and dates regarding Panhellenic Recruitment. Instructions for online registration will be given at the orientation as well. There is a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee due by November 7, 2014. After November 7th, the fee will be $75.00. The last day to register and pay the registration fee is Dec. 3, 2014. Once you have registered and paid, you will officially be registered with Baylor Panhellenic.

Registering with your Alumnae or Hometown Panhellenic does not automatically register you with Baylor Panhellenic. These are two separate registration processes.

[HOW TO REGISTER FOR RECRUITMENT]

** Only register for Panhellenic recruitment if you are currently a Baylor student (Fall 2014) or a student transferring into Baylor in January 2015, and will meet the university requirements for transfer students to participate in Panhellenic recruitment. Please read the information on Transfer students under academic eligibility.

Follow the following steps:

1. Register for Recruitment

Follow the 8-step process for registering. Detailed information about the process for registering can be found in this section. Once you have reviewed your registration form, and you click FINISH, then you will not be able to go back to the registration form and make any changes so be sure you review your form before you finish. The last day to register is December 3, 2014.

2. Payment

After completing the online registration form and you have clicked finished, you will be directed to a Baylor secured site to make payment by credit card. Follow the instructions for submitting your credit card information. If you do not have a credit card, please ask your parents if you could use their credit card number. The system does not take debit cards. After you have completed both the registration and payment, you will receive 2 emails - one will be the receipt of your online registration and one will be for your payment. Print both and bring to the Stacy Riddle Forum between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on either November 6th or November 7th. You will give these forms to the Gamma Chi's. Once this is done, your registration will be complete. DO NOT delete either of these receipts. You cannot complete the registration process without having BOTH of these documents. You should receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours of completing your registration. Check your junk mail as well. This registration fee is non-refundable.

3. Pictures*

Pictures are optional. If you choose to include pictures, you can upload a picture onto the online registration form. Make sure the picture is appropriate and looks like you would everyday. A headshot is preferred.

In order for your registration to be officially completed you must complete the steps above. If you do not register, pay the registration fee and submit your copy of the form - you will not be considered registered and will not be able to participate in January Recruitment.
