We are seeking highly motivated, creative, team and goal oriented students who desire to enhance the Baylor community by planning and leading exciting campus programs and traditions like: Christmas on 5th Street, Late Night at the SLC, Bed Races, Battle of the Bands, Fiesta!, and many more. Be a part of a dynamic and diverse group of student leaders who are making an impact on Baylor's campus!

[OPPORTUNITIES]

Serving as a member of BAC provides:

  • The opportunity to help develop student organizations
  • Gain valuable leadership experience
  • Expertise in project management, special events planning, negotiation, advertising and public relations, and creative problem solving

[MEMBERSHIP EXPECTATIONS]

Active participation in the planning and execution of various events is expected. All BAC members are required to have a cumulative and current GPA of at least 2.5. Members are expected to participate activily in all meeting and programs.

[APPLICATION PROCESS AND DEADLINES]

The Department of Student Activities will be accepting applications online for the 2012-2013 Baylor Activities Council, program leadership team, in March. Applications will be available online at:

Applications may be submitted in the Department of Student Activities. Once your application has been received it will be reviewed by our selection committee. All finalists will be notified and each finalist will be asked to sign up for an interview with the selection committee.
