Student Regent

For the last four years we have been privileged to have a non-voting student representative on the Baylor University Board of Regents, and this year there are two students serving in this role.  The applications for the 2017-2018 Student Regent position are now available.  This is a tremendous opportunity for a student to serve our university.

Qualified candidates must have exhibited the ability to understand complex issues and communicate student perspectives to the highest level of leadership at Baylor University. The individual selected will be a non-voting Regent and participate in non-executive session portions of Board meetings.

An information session will be on Tuesday, November 29th, from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. in the Paul L. Foster Campus for Business and Innovation Room 303. Applications will be provided at the session and be available in the Student Government Office as well as in the Office of the Vice President for Student Life.
