Baylor Buddies
Baylor Buddies is a partnership program designed by Baylor and CIS (Communities in Schools) for Baylor students to serve as mentors to children in the Waco community. These children need positive role models and extra support. All elementary and middle school students have been referred to the program by the counselor at their school.
Requirements to be a Baylor Buddy
Interest in being a trusted friend to a child
One hour a week spent with child
Year-long commitment
Commitment to the program-seriously consider your schedule before applying
