Scheduling Restrictions:

Events may not be scheduled during the following times:
Sunday-Thursday past midnight for on-campus events and off-campus events.
After 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.
On Sundays before 1 p.m.

EVENTS OR ACTIVITIES MAY NOT BE SCHEDULED during DEAD WEEK (December 8-9, 2009 and May 2-4, 2010)
through FINAL EXAMINATIONS
(December 10-16, 2009 and May 5-11, 2010)

Scheduling during the following All University events is prohibited:
• Welcome Week (August 20-23, 2009)
• Parents Weekend (September 18-19, 2009)
• Steppin' Out Days of Service (November 21, 2009 and March 27, 2010)
• Homecoming Week (October 19-24, 2009)
• Baylor Thanksgiving Worship Service (to be announced)
• Diadeloso (April 22, 2010) Without agreement from Baylor Chamber of Commerce
• Bearathon (March 20, 2010) Without agreement from Student Foundation
