Baylor > Stacy Riddle Forum > Reservations

The McCall Chapel and the Information Commons are the only facilities in the Stacy Riddle Forum that are available for non-Panhellenic usage.  The chapter rooms are leased out to the individual groups; therefore, any events held in their suites are at their discretion and not Baylor's. 

Information for a Baylor Organization or Department

To view facility availability information (members of the Baylor community only):

• Access the public folders in the Baylor Outlook system.
• Access the "Student Activities" folder.
• Access the "Stacy Riddle Forum" folder.
• Click on the calendar for the facility you wish to use.

If you wish to reserve either the McCall Chapel or the Information Commons for your event, please contact the Coordinator of the Stacy Riddle Forum by email or by calling x6941.  If the time you would like is available, there should not be any problems.  Please refer to the Facility Policies tab of this website, specifically items under "Stacy Riddle Forum Facilities" towards the end for the regulations you will be responsible for.

Information for a non-Baylor request

If you wish to reserve either the McCall Chapel or the Information Commons for your event, please contact the Coordinator of the Stacy Riddle Forum by email or by calling (254) 710-6941.  You will then be able to set up a tour of the available facilities and check to see if the time and date you desire are available.

Would you like to hold your wedding in the McCall Chapel?

The price for holding a wedding the Chapel is $250.  Facilities are available for dressing, etc but are NOT available for a reception on site.  For information on capacity, facility policies, and more please review the following document:
