What's that one thing that led you BACK to be a part of Spiritual Life?
I guess my time at Baylor just wasn't finished after all :) I loved working at Spiritual Life while I was in graduate school and i'm even more excited about my NEW job as the Coordinator for Missions!

What is your favorite part of working at Baylor?
Besides access to the Baylor Marina so i can go kayaking anytime i want?
I love the people...they're my Waco family! I moved to Texas not knowing anyone and now I cannot imagine a place where i have better community than in my own office.

What book or books are you reading right now?
Zealous Love (Yankoski), Searching for God Knows What (Miller), the Help (Stockett)

What book or books have most influenced your spiritual growth?
Jesus Calling (Sarah Young), Evolving in Monkeytown (Rachel Held Evans), Mudhouse Sabbath (Lauren Winner), Present Perfect (Boyd)

Why have you chosen to work specifically with students?
I love seeing lightbulbs go off for students as they make connections & grow. I want to help students think outside the box and see how they can use their talents and passions to make the world a better place.

What is the best movie you've seen in the past year?
The Help: I loved the book & the movie was just as great.

What is your favorite movie of all time and why?
You've got Mail: you just can't go wrong with Meg Ryan & Tom Hanks. I have to watch it any time it comes on TV...even though i own it.

When you go to your coffee house of choice, what do you order?
Chai Tea Lattes or "Rodeo Clowns" from Common Grounds

What is under the topic "most played" on your ipod?
The Civil Wars, The Wooden Birds, Mat Kearney, Foster the People

What is your favorite place to go in Waco?
I'm a bit of a foodie...i love finding hole-in-the-wall restaurants to try. I also enjoy going kayaking on the Brazos

What is the craziest or most-unique job you have ever had?
I used to work at an interactive children's museum throwing kids' birthday parties

If you could go anywhere in the world right now, where would you go?
Japan...its the first place I ever went internationally & it still has a special place in my heart.
