Educational Assessment and Goal Planning

Children experiencing developmental delays often demonstrate strengths and weaknesses in various areas.  In order to best address these strengths and weaknesses, it is necessary to first accurately evaluate those.  Families wanting more information about their child’s educational needs will be provided with throughout assessments, individualized to the family’s concerns and child’s unique development.

Results of the assessment process will assist families in identifying the most effective treatment programming and therapeutic goals for their child.  Families who complete this program will receive a list of individualized, well-defined educational goals to be incorporated in educational programs, such as their child's school individualized education program (IEP).

To apply for participation in this program, please read the follwing information packet and submit the attached application.
