Philosophy of teaching:
After 18 years I am still excited about being a part of the Baylor Family! The new and innovate field-based program of the School of Education fits exactly into my belief that the foundation of education is good content and experience. I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to work with our students at Cesar Chavez Middle School. I am honored to be a part of a University that is growing and improving in so many good ways. Being a a part of the Baylor faculty has been a very rewarding experience for me personally. I have had many new opportunities to teach different courses and experience different avenues of learning both in Waco and around the world. My favorite part of my job is seeing students in classroom settings "getting their feet wet" teaching. I believe that at Baylor we are providing the best in content and the best in experience and the future is very bright for our graduates.
