Philosophy of Teaching:
Teaching at the university level is an opportunity to touch young lives at a pivotal time. Teaching health education in particular offers the chance to impart useful and practical information, and to follow that information with resources to alter behavior in a positive way.

Research interests
Research interests include body image, health concerns associated with aging, and behavior change models.
