The Baylor University ABA program has collaborated with local organizations to create several graduate assistantships specifically for ABA Specialization students within the master’s and doctoral programs. Students receiving a Graduate Assistantship will work up to 20 hours per week, receive an hourly wage, and receive tuition remission during the semesters worked.

These positions offer unique opportunities to provide ABA services to individuals with disabilities within established agencies and under the supervision of a BCBA. Many of the responsibilities associated with these assistantships may fulfill requirements for fieldwork as described by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
