What to Expect During the Interview Process

The interview process for apprenticeships is similar to other job interviews.  Candidates will be asked to describe themselves and why the position is a good fit for them.  Questions about the apprenticeship are encouraged and welcomed. This is a time for your potential supervisors to get to know you as well as a time for you to get to know them, so remember to be professional and be yourself.

Candidates will be accompanied by a 1st or 2nd year graduate student in the HESA program.  They will act as a guide to answer questions and help the candidate get to each interview on time.
