About Us

The Department of Educational Administration is dedicated to the development of educational leaders. Graduates of the programs work in both public and private institutions of higher education as well as K-12 institutions throughout the state and country. Consistent with Baylor University's 2012 Vision, the Department of Educational Administration is undergoing revisions of it's graduate programs.

The Department is developing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Higher Education and Policy. Furthermore, the Department is looking into the development of new K-12 Administration programs as well.

The Department is now accepting applications for the restart of our new and improved Master of Science in Educational Leadership with Principal Preparation Program in Summer 2009.
