In an “Ask the Experts” question-and-answer session, Charles Tolbert, Ph.D., professor and chair of sociology in Baylor’s College of Arts & Sciences, weighs in on the pros and cons of living and working in a diverse city, the relationship between diversity and economic growth and what policy makers can do to harness diversity to spur innovation.
