I chose Baylor because of the good faculty to student ratio, which I knew would provide me with many opportunities to work alongside professors and to receive personal attention that will enable me to do my own research and eventually publish.
My primary research interests currently include religious transmission and adolescent religiosity. I wrote my thesis on how peer and media influences affect adolescent religiosity, and I hope to use my thesis as a foundation for my dissertation."
