The Social Work Leadership Institute is a national program working to ensure that American's older adults receive the care they need to stay in charge of their lives-and that caregivers also get the support they deserve. The SWLI is working to train and grow the national workforce of social workers who specialize in aging and to improve long-term, community-based care for older adults through: policy, advocacy, education and training, leadership development, and research.
MSW Concentration: Research and policy analysis; participate in planning meetings; participate in roundtable discussions; draft reports. Potential for presenting reports; working at Unite Nations; grant writing and administration.
Experience and/or interest in aging. Experience and/or interest in policy analysis and research.
