Agency Mission/Services:
St. Catherine's mission is to provide residents with individualized plans of care in promote dignity and return the patient to the maximum level of functioning possible. Services include assisted living, independent living, long term care, and rehab facility.

Opportunities and Time Schedules:
Baccalaureate/MSW Foundation: Assure discharge plans are appropriate/complete for all discharging residents; complete assessments, interact with interdisciplinary team for social service interventions

MSW Concentration: Same as above with more advanced focus

Agency Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
