Baylor School of Social Work is now located at 811 Washington Ave. in Downtown Waco. Postal and e-mail addresses and phone numbers remain the same.
Social work is about helping people-- children, families, older adults and whole communities. The School of Social Work at Baylor University recognizes that both children and adults need to be firmly rooted in strong families and strong communities, and it prepares social workers to serve in a diversity of public and private settings, with a special emphasis on working effectively with issues of faith and spirituality and with congregations and faith-based organizations.
I hope you'll take this opportunity to learn more about us, our faculty and staff, our students and alumni. More important, I hope you'll find within this Web site the resources, materials, assistance and guidance you need whether you're a social work practitioner, a potential student or faculty member, a current student, or a congregational or faith-based organizational leader.
Come and visit us anytime, either on the Baylor campus, by phone and e-mail or through this site.
