If a meal plan is added for the Fall semester, your meal plan will automatically be added for the Spring semester also (unless specifically requested fall only in BearWeb). If you want to change your meal plan for the spring semester, please do so in BearWeb during early registration. Be sure to review your E-Bills to see that the correct meal plan is charged on your student account.

*All freshmen, all residents of Brooks Residential College, and all residents of Teal Residential College are required to select from the top four meal plans. If you are a freshman, a resident of Brooks Residential College, or a resident of Teal Residential College and do not select one of the required meal plans, you will automatically be placed on the Classic 11 meal plan. The meal plan you have in the Fall semester will automatically be added for the Spring semester.

For meal plan purposes, "Freshmen" are high school graduates who have not attended higher education for either a fall or spring semester after their high school graduation. This classification covers the first academic year the student is enrolled at Baylor.

Students who complete college hours during high school, and/or attend another university during the summer, and matriculate at Baylor in the fall are deemed "Freshmen" for the fall and spring semesters. Students graduating from high school in December and matriculating at Baylor in the spring are considered "Freshmen" for only the spring semester.

The dining halls serve three meals per day Monday-Saturday. Breakfast and lunch only are served on Sunday. (Prices include 8.25% sales tax). All weekly meal plans run Saturday-Friday.

Reductions or Meal Plan drops may only be made through the second week of classes. No reductions or drops will be permitted after September 5, 2014 for the Fall '14 Semester or after January 23, 2015 for the Spring '15 Semester. During the first two weeks of classes, any refunds or changes are calculated on a prorated basis and will be applied to any outstanding balance on your student account. Meal Plans may be added or increased at any time during the semester. Before the deadline, you can request a meal plan change in BearWeb. After the deadline, contact the Cashier's Office to request a Meal Plan added or increased.
