Internet Browser Settings Help

If you are having difficulty logging into the E-Bill system, be sure to check which internet browser and version you are using. The E-Bill site works best with Microsoft's Internet Explorer 7.0+, Mozilla's Firefox 2.0+, Apple's Safari 3.0+ and JavaScript must be enabled. Google Chrome is not a supported browser at this time.

To determine the version of your internet browser, pull down from the Help menu to About "Browser Name" and then the box will say "'Browser Name' #" or the number might be listed under 'version'.

If it is Internet Explorer 9 or above, please do the following:
  • Access Tools Menu
  • Be sure that "Compatibility View" is checked.
If you continue to have difficulty, please use another browser or contact the Cashier's Office for help at 254-710-2311.
