Summer Financial Settlement

Authorized Users

Financial settlement is the final step of registration that begins when the bill
is sent for a new term. There are two steps: confirm attendance and pay semester bill.

  1. CONFIRM ATTENDANCE online even if you have a zero or credit balance.
    In BearWeb choose >Student Financial Services >Student Account
    >Confirm Your Attendance
  2. PAY the total amount due or minimum amount due (first installment plan payment) online.

A late payment fee will be charged if financial settlement is not completed by the due date. Please make sure your payment is received by the Cashier's Office to avoid the late fee.

Summer semester bills will be available online starting May 2 for all students who have registered by April 30. An E-Bill notification will be sent to the student's Baylor email address as well as to Authorized Users, that the student has designated in the E-Bill System.

Dates to Remember:

• Minimester Payment Due Date & Cancellation - 5PM CDT May 13
• Full Summer, Summer I & Summer II Payment Due Date - May 13
• Late payment fee - $50
• Summer monthly bill due date - June 30

Minimester:
• May 8 - If set up for direct deposit, financially settled, and financial aid applied, funds should arrive in your designated bank account.

• May 8 - Begin requesting refund checks and/or limited cash

• May 13 - Classes begin

Summer I or Full Summer:
• May 27 - If set up for direct deposit, financially settled, and financial aid applied, funds should arrive in your designated bank account.

• May 27 - Begin requesting refund checks and/or limited cash

• June 1 - Classes begin

• June 4 - Last day to cancel or reduce meal plan for Summer I

• June 12 - Last day to cancel or reduce meal plan for Full Summer

Summer II only:
• July 2 - If set up for direct deposit, financially settled, and financial aid applied, funds should arrive in your designated bank account.

• July 2 - Begin requesting refund checks and/or limited cash

• July 8 - Classes begin

• July 13 - Last day to cancel or reduce meal plan for Summer II
