Summer Financial Settlement

Authorized Users
Give others (parents, guardians, etc.) access to view and pay your bills
Electronic bill notification will be emailed monthly. Monthly paper bills will not be printed.

Due Date on your E-Bill

An E-Bill notification will be sent to the student's Baylor email address as well as to Authorized Users, that the student has designated in the E-Bill system, the next business day after a student registers. No paper bill will be mailed.

Financial settlement is the final step of registration that begins when the bill
is sent for a new term. There are two steps: confirm attendance and pay semester bill.

  1. CONFIRM ATTENDANCE online even if you have a zero or credit balance.
    In BearWeb choose >Student Services & Financial Aid >Cashier
    >Confirm Your Attendance
  2. PAY the total amount due online.

If these two steps are not completed by the due date on your E-Bill, you risk cancellation of your classes.

Dates to Remember:

Minimester Payment Due Date - payment must be made before registration
Full Summer & Summer I Due Date - payment must be made before registration
Summer II Payment Due Date - contingent upon date of registration.
Please see your E-Bill for due date.

Minimester:
• May 20th - Classes begin.

Summer I or Full Summer:
• May 31st - If set up for direct deposit, financially settled, and financial aid applied, funds should arrive in your designated bank account.

• May 31st - Begin requesting refund checks and/or limited cash.

• June 4th - Classes begin.

• June 7th - Last day to cancel or reduce meal plan for Summer I.

• June 14th - Last day to cancel or reduce meal plan for Full Summer.

Summer II only:
• July 9th - If set up for direct deposit, financially settled, and financial aid applied, funds should arrive in your designated bank account.

• July 9th - Begin requesting refund checks and/or limited cash.

• July 11th - Classes begin.

• July 16th - Last day to cancel or reduce meal plan.
