BearBucks™ vs Dining Dollars
BearBucks™ is an optional prepaid account available to students for purchases in many locations on campus. It works like a debit card, allowing you to make purchases around campus without having to carry cash. Present your ID at any of the locations accepting BearBucks™ and the amount of the purchase will be deducted from your BearBucks™ "account". As of July 1, 2013, BearBucks™ are accepted only at locations on the Baylor University campus in Waco.
A minimum amount of $50 is required to establish the account. You may add BearBucks™ online through the E-Bill System via electronic check or major credit card. (There is a 2.75% convenience fee assessed for credit card payments). After logging into the E-Bill System with your Baylor ID# and PIN (Authorized Users, use your email address and password), choose the eDeposits link in the top navigation bar and follow the steps to make a BearBucks™ payment. There is no need to contact the Cashier's Office after completing the transaction. Your online BearBucks™ purchase will be available on your Baylor ID card within 30 minutes.
Or, you may mail a check to our office. Identify that it is for BearBucks™ and include your student ID number on the check. To mail a payment for BearBucks™:
