Authorize access to bill

Authorized Users - Give others (parents, guardians, etc.) access to view and pay your bills. Login to the E-Bill site to designate any Authorized Users to receive email notifications of the bill and make payments online.

Make a payment

• E-Bill - Pay with electronic check (checking or savings - no fee) or credit card (MasterCard, American Express, or Discover - 2.75% convenience fee charged by the third party web processor) on the E-Bill site. If you are having trouble accessing the E-Bill site, click here for internet browser settings help.
• Credit Card - Direct link to pay with MasterCard, American Express, or Discover available via the web only (2.75% convenience fee charged by the third party web processor).
• Payments cannot be accepted by phone.

Tuition & Fees ACH and Credit Card Payments - Online Security

Baylor University accepts online checks and credit cards for payment of tuition, room, board and various fees. The system uses encryption for the transferring of all data from users. In addition, the data is stored encrypted and in full compliance with the Payment Card Industries Cardholder Information Security Program standards.
