When a student is enrolled at Baylor University they will have a Baylor student account on which all charges and payments will be recorded. The Baylor student account number is the student's unique Baylor ID number.
Release of Information
Family Education Right and Privacy Act (FERPA) generally prohibits information released from financial and educational records without the student's consent except in a limited number of circumstances.Instructions: To submit a consent to Release Information form, go to BearWeb> Student & Financial Aid> Student Records>Add New Release Information Form and enter the requested information to give Baylor consent to discuss the student's account with the designated person.

Per federal regulations, if a parent uses tax information to help a dependent, Baylor is allowed to share financial information with that particular parent.
