Guidelines & Resources for Compliance Narratives
Overview
For each Core Requirement and Comprehensive Standard, a narrative must be written that presents a summary and interpretation of the supporting documentation to demonstrate the extent of compliance for that requirement or standard. The narrative should provide a clear explanation of the rationale of the judgment of compliance.
