Teams and Resources
As you already know, there are many Baylor professors, administrators and students involved in the Reaffirmation of Accreditation process. The initial task force began its work in fall 2004, but many others have become involved in a variety of committees since then. You'll find a list of those groups here.
One of the key differences between this reaffirmation effort and past self-studies is the prominent role of technology. Rather than filling a room with paper, we are creating a Web site that documents our compliance with the SACS standards. This Web site will be reviewed off-site by a committee of faculty and administrators from other universities in the SACS region. To help manage this flow of information, systems have been established under SACS Project Management.
It also may be beneficial for you to see what other universities that are undergoing the reaffirmation process are doing, and you'll find several links to those sites here as well.
