1. When are portrait dates?
Spring portraits dates are listed HERE. This will be your LAST OPPORTUNITY to have your portrait included in the 2012-2013 Round Up yearbook.

2. How do I order a 2012-13 yearbook?
E-mail the cashier's office at cashiers_office@baylor.edu. Please remember to include your Baylor ID number in your e-mail.

3. How much does a yearbook cost?
The cost of a current yearbook is $70 (including shipping). Old yearbooks also cost $70.

4. When will I receive my yearbook?
Yearbooks will be mailed to your permanent address. 2012-2013 yearbooks will be mailed during September 2013.

5. How do I pick up an old yearbook?
E-mail RoundUp@baylor.edu to check availability. Pickup will be arranged at that time.

6. How do I choose which picture is going in the yearbook?
Only seniors may select which photo will appear in the yearbook. To speak with a representative please call 1-800-687-9327 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., or email lwportraitscheduling@lifetouch.com

7. Can I purchase old yearbooks?
Yes, if we have them available. To find out if a book is available, e-mail roundup@baylor.edu.

8. How do I schedule senior portraits?
Visit www.ouryear.com and enter school code No. 417, or call toll-free (800) 687-9327. You can then book an available time slot.

9. How do I get my organization or event in the book?
Contact the Round Up office at (254) 710-3459 or send an e-mail to roundup@baylor.edu. We do not guarantee coverage of any event or organization on campus. For guaranteed space, organizations can purchase pages--from a quarter-page up to four pages--and submit photos. Greek groups can purchase one page to six pages. However, if an event is newsworthy and we have a photographer available, we may shoot your event for other sections of the book. Please send us all relevant information--time, date, place, event --and the name and phone number of a contact person. For more information about purchasing a page for your organization, click here.

10. How much does it cost to buy a page in the yearbook?

Organizations:
1/4 page - $75
1/2 page - $150
1 page - $250
2 pages - $450
4 pages - $750

Greeks:
1 page - $250
2 pages - $450
4 pages - $750
6 pages - $1,200

11. What is the deadline to buy a page for my organization?
October 31, 2012. A $25 late fee will be charged to any organization purchasing pages after this date. Early bird deadline, with discounted prices, is September 28. No purchases will be accepted after Nov. 30.

12. How can I tell if I ordered a yearbook?
Visit your BearWeb account summary online and look for a charge for the yearbook.

13. How can I join the yearbook staff?
To find out if there is an opening, e-mail roundup@baylor.edu or check our job listings. Download and complete an employment application and return it to Julie Freeman in 232 Castellaw. You may also fax your application to us at (254) 710-1714 or email it to julie_freeman@baylor.edu.

14. How can I change the address the book is mailed to?
The book will be mailed to the permanent address on record with the university. Address changes need to be requested in writing and returned to the Office of Academic Records. We will not ship yearbooks to Baylor post office boxes or foreign addresses. Call 254-710-4562 to arrange delivery of unshipped books.

15. What is the deadline for ordering a 2012-2013 yearbook?
June 1, 2013.

16. I missed the portrait dates. Can I submit a picture for the yearbook taken by another portrait studio?
No. Our contract with the portrait studio forbids outside pictures being submitted.
