Laser Safety Training
Laser Safety Training is provided to anyone interested in learning about this topic. The training is required for users of Class 3B or Class 4 lasers. The Laser Safety Officer (LSO) may be contacted for additional training support through the Department of Risk Management: 710-4586.
The Principle Investigator should complete the following Training Form and forward it to the LSO. The Training Supplement may be used to support the training process.
