25 TAC 289, Registration Regulations No person shall use radiation machines or perform radiation services except as authorized in a certificate of registration issued by the agency in accordance with the requirements of 25 TAC 289, Subchapter E, Registration Regulations.

Radiation Machines

All Radiation Machines must be properly registered with the State of Texas (see Licenses/Postings for current registration).
