Trademark Licensing
Baylor University owns many trademarks and service marks related to the goods and services distributed by the University and its licensees. Examples include the University seal, the name "Baylor University," representations of athletic team mascots, and other names, symbols, and other indicia used in conjunction with University programs, activities, and events. Use of University marks without permission of Baylor University is strictly prohibited. Please consult the Office of General Counsel at 254-710-3821, or the Office of Collegiate Licensing for permission to use University marks and for information about registration, protection, and proper usage of University marks.
