The Renaissance Scholar Program will be offered three weeks in June. Just pick the week that best fits into your summer schedule.
Program dates for June 2010 are:
• Sunday, June 6, 2010 through Saturday, June 12, 2010
• Sunday, June 13, 2010 through Saturday, June 19, 2010
• Sunday, June 20, 2010 through Saturday, June 26, 2010
Daily Schedule:
Sunday
3 p.m. - Check In
5 p.m. - Dinner
6 p.m. - Welcome & Orientation
7 p.m. - Mixer
Monday-Friday
8 a.m. - Breakfast
9 a.m. - Computer Science Lecture/Lab
10:30 a.m. - Engineering Lecture/Lab
12 p.m. - Lunch
2 p.m. - Great Texts Course
4 p.m. - Leadership Seminar
5:30 p.m. - Dinner
7 p.m. - Scheduled Event (see below)
• Bowling (Student Union Building)
• Film (discussion of select scenes)
• Study/Free Time
• Basketball, volleyball, etc. (Student Life Center)
Saturday
9 a.m. - Check Out
10 a.m. - A Scholarly Production (group presentations...parents welcome!)
