How to Order




Are you receiving a degree this semester? If so, transcripts ordered prior to the official date of graduation will not include your degree. We will begin posting degrees the Monday after graduation. Please wait until after your degree has been posted to BearWeb to order your transcript if you want to have your graduation noted.
Transcript requests cannot be held for pending grades and/or graduation. Be sure to check your records via BearWeb for completeness before ordering.

There is no charge to order a transcript.

On-Line

Please visit BearWeb to request your transcript. Please note: You must have been enrolled at Baylor since 1995 in order to use this method.

If you have a form that needs to be mailed with your transcript, you MUST order your transcript using a different method.

By Mail, Fax, or Email*

Complete, print-out, sign and mail, fax, or scan and email the Official Transcript Request Form to the Office of the Registrar.

In Person*

Come to the Office of the Registrar in Clifton Robinson Tower during regular
Business Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
(Thursdays 9:00 am - 5:00 pm).

Transcripts (limit of 10) can be printed while you wait or you can submit a request to have them mailed to a third party.

             *Transcripts CANNOT be processed without your signature on the Official Transcript Request.

If you would like to request a transcript through BearWeb but do not remember your Baylor ID number or Bear_ID, please contact the HELP desk at (254) 710-4357.

Transcript Preparation Time - Transcript requests will normally be processed by the Office of the Registrar within two business days from the date we receive the request. Processing time may be longer during University holidays and peak periods. (See below for Shipping Information)

IMPORTANT!! PLEASE READ INFORMATION ABOUT HOLDS BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH A TRANSCRIPT REQUEST.

Transcripts will not be released to students who have Holds for the following reasons:

Other holds may prevent the release of a transcript. If you are a current student, you may view your holds through BearWeb (choose "Student Records"). Contact the Office of the Registrar at (254) 710-1181 if additional information is needed regarding transcript holds.

If you have a Loan Collection Hold on your account, you may submit the Official Transcript Request Form through any of the methods listed above. However, if you would like to request your transcript via the on-line method, you will need to contact Loan Collections and request the Loan Collections Transcript Hold be lift temporarily to allow you to request your transcript online.

Shipping Information

Please allow up to 10 business days for postal delivery. Out of country mailing requires even more time for delivery. If you need more immediate delivery, please contact our office for more information.
