Registration
1. Why can't I register or drop/add on BearWeb?
BearWeb registration closes after the first week of classes. You must go to the Registration Office - Suite 370 Robinson Tower.
2. How can I audit a class, take a class pass/fail or take more than 18 hours in a semester?
Get permission and a petition from your academic Dean's office:

3. If I drop a class and the instructor marks my form WF, does that affect my GPA?
Yes, a grade of WF calculates in your GPA just like a grade of F.
4. How do I register for a closed class?
A closed class means that the enrollment has met maximum capacity. You may contact the academic department and request they issue a permit. If they do, go to the Add/Drop option of Bearweb and enter the five-digit CRN (course reference number) of the course and SUBMIT.

1. Will you fax my transcript now and mail an official copy later?
Yes.
2. How many transcripts can I order in one day?
Ten.
3. What do you charge for a transcript?
No charge.
4. Will you send my transcript electronically?
At the moment we do not have access to send transcripts electronically.

Transfer Courses
1. Where do I have my transcripts sent from another college to Baylor?
New Students - Admissions, One Bear Place 97056, Waco, Texas 76798
Continuing Students - Academic Records, One Bear Place 97068, Waco, Texas 76798.
2. How long does it take for my transfer courses to be added to my Baylor record?
Summer work - 4 weeks.
Other times - 2-3 days.
3. What courses transfer to Baylor?
Baylor equivalent course lists by college name can be reviewed at the following website:

If a college is not listed, please call 710-1181.
If a course is not listed, you must obtain permission from the department to transfer the course in as a Baylor equivalent and take it to Academic Records.

Veterans
1. Does Baylor offer any financial aid for veterans?
No. You may call the Texas Veteran's Commission at 254-299-9950.
2. Does Baylor accept the Hazelwood Act of Texas veterans?
No.
