Dr. Bias joined the Baylor faculty in 2012 after serving on the faculty at the University of North Texas. Prior to that, he served in both faculty and clinical roles at the University of Mississipp Medical Center and Mississippi State University. He earned his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University, completed his clinical intership at the University Counseling & Testing Center at the University of Oregon and a postdoctoral fellowship iwth the Counseling Services at the University of Texas at San Antonio. In his spare time, Dr. Bias enjoys spending time with his wife and son, watching college & professional sports, listening to music and reading.
