About Printing Procurement


History: The Baylor University Printing Procurement Office (PPO) was established on June 1, 1994 to coordinate all printing needs for the university.

Mission: PPO's mission is to assist all departments with their printing needs in a timely manner by utilizing service providers who will provide quality service, and competitive pricing.

All departments should contact PPO when they require printed materials.

Billing: The department will provide PPO with the departmental name and billing number along with delivery instructions and a contact person. PPO will prepare paperwork required to pay vendor. The department will be sent a semi-monthly Statement of Account for jobs costing less than $25,000 and a Job Cost Summary for jobs costing more than $25,000.

Staff: The staff represents many years of varied experience in the field of graphics and printing. They are happy to assist you with all aspects of your printing needs.
