Procurement Services is part of Financial Services and consists of four functional areas - Purchasing Office, Printing Procurement Office, Collegiate Licensing, and Technology Procurement.

Baylor's Purchasing Office and its supply management partners are responsible for the University's approximately $172 million of annual spend on construction, equipment, supplies and services. Additionally, this office is responsible for Purchasing Card administration of over 500 cards with approximately $10 million annual spend. We utilize supply chain strategies while assisting departments with RFP issuances, evaluations, and contract formation in various areas of campus activity.

Baylor's Printing Procurement Office provides specific print commodity sourcing for university print needs. The Printing Procurement Office provides a value-added service by providing printing expertise, cost savings, and convenience to university constituents.

Baylor's Technology Procurement department supports the acquisition of technology for the campus and has refined the online purchasing process to enable university departments more control over their technology purchases. This department supports online stores and acquisition channels with Apple, Dell, GovConnection and Hewlett Packard to University departments, students, staff, and faculty.

Baylor's Collegiate Licensing department protects and enhances Baylor's reputation by assuring appropriate usage of trademarks with quality products. This department assures minimal liability to Baylor and quality review for constituents who use Baylor products. Collegiate Licensing also affirmatively promotes Baylor University and provides a positive revenue stream to the university.
