Stock Items

Printing Procurement keeps several stock items for departmental purchase:

1. Pocket folders without campus map - $.20 ea.
   White color with interlocking "BU", 9" x 12", with 4" glued pockets and business card slots.
2. Pocket folders with campus map - $.45 ea.
   Full color, 9" x 12", with 4" glued pockets and business card slots.
3. Second Sheets - Cougar white opaque $9.50/ream (500 sheets)
   Blank sheets to match NEW Baylor "Institutional" mark printed letterheads.
4. Second Sheets Strathmore pinstripe- $16.75/ream (500 sheets)
   Blank sheets to match standard Baylor printed letterheads.
5. Certificates - $1.25 ea. or $1.00/100+
   Available individually with gold foil embossed seal on parchment cover weight stock (8.5x11"). Overprint on your office printer.
6. Certificate Holders - $1.00 ea.
   Available in various sizes with gold foil embossed seal on dark green stock with slits inside for certificate.
7. Campus Maps - Small - $2.50/25
   Quantity of 25 to a package. 4-color map, 8.5 x 11 sheet. Cannot be sold individually
8. Campus Maps - Large - $4.00/25
   Quantity of 25 to a package. 4-color map, 11 x 17 sheet. Cannot be sold individually.
9. Name tags - $5.00/100
   3" x 2", printed with a green bar and the Baylor wordmark on white background with a peel off adhesive back. Name tags are packaged 100 to a package and are not sold in smaller quantities.
10. Note cards with matching envelopes  -  $7.00 / 25 set
