Past, present and future Baylor Bears will fill Waco Hall during Homecoming weekend to watch the 49th annual Pigskin Revue showcasing the top eight acts from All University Sing in a Broadway style song and dance show.

Pigskin will begin Thursday, Nov. 1, with a performance at 7 p.m. in Waco Hall. On Friday, Nov. 2, the shows will take place at 6:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. The final performance will be at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3. Each evening's performance will be hosted by Pete Coulter, a 2000 Baylor alumnus.

The acts invited to perform during Pigskin include Alpha Tau Omega, Chi Omega, Delta Delta Delta, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Kappa Sigma, Phi Gamma Delta, Phi Kappa Chi and Sing Alliance.

In a rare occurrence during All University Sing, a tie for first place was awarded to Delta Delta Delta's "It's a Small World," and Kappa Sigma's "Takin' Out the Trash."

Delta Delta Delta offers the audience a bug's eye view as they enter a world of excitement filled with bright colors and smiling faces. The women of Delta Delta Delta were awarded the People's Choice Award for Best Costumes and Best Choreography at All University Sing.

"Takin' Out the Trash" helps the audience realize that to the men of Kappa Sigma, cleaning up the streets can be turned into a quite good time.

Due to the tie, no second place was given. Kappa Kappa Gamma's "Dear Old Golden Rule Days" was awarded third place. This energy-filled act shows these ladies having a good time during a day at school.

A limited number of tickets for the Thursday night performance are available by calling the Bill Daniel Student Center ticket office at (254) 710-3210. All other shows are sold out.

A few special presentations will also be made during the Pigskin performances. The Baylor Chamber of Commerce will announce the Homecoming Queen and her court during Thursday's club night performance.

The Baylor Alumni Association will honor the Outstanding Young Alumni in a special presentation by Alumni Association President George Cowden at the 6:30 p.m. performance on Friday, Nov. 2. Marie Brown, Pat Crump, Saad Ehtisham, Phil Lakin, Jr., Michael K. McLendon, and Kirk and Suzie Person will all be recognized.

Baylor student organizations have already begun preparations for All University Sing 2008, which will be held Feb. 21-23 and Feb. 27-March 1. Tickets will be available to students Jan. 24 and open to the general public Jan. 25.
