Media Communications
The Office of Media Communications is the first point of contact for news media seeking information about Baylor University. Media Communications professionals assist print, broadcast and online reporters in identifying faculty and staff experts and arranging interviews. The office issues news releases and advisories to help the media stay on top of the latest news at Baylor.

Scoggins oversees the strategic direction of the Media Communications office and leads the university's team of media relations professionals in coordinating communications that accurately and effectively articulate the distinctive strengths of Baylor. She serves as a university spokesperson and covers the professional and graduate schools - the Baylor Law School, George W. Truett Theological Seminary, School of Social Work and the Graduate School. She also covers the Division of University Development and the Office of the Vice Provost for Research.
Lori Fogleman, Director of Media Communications

Fogleman manages the day-to-day operations of the Media Communications office. She covers the Division of Student Life, Division of Enrollment Management, selected departments of the Division of Finance and Administration, the School of Music, School of Education, Hankamer School of Business, and the Honors College. She also serves as a university spokesperson and is the media communications liaison with Baylor Athletics.

Perry is responsible for office management and administrative support. She supervises student writers and oversees coordination of news about university events and Graduate, Dean's, and Scholarship lists.
