David W. Capper

David Capper's primary field is American Government, with a secondary field either in comparative politics or political theory. Before enrolling at Baylor, he worked as a stockbroker with E*Trade Financial in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was awarded the R.W. Morrison Fellowship for the Study of the Constitution, in 2009-10.
