Ashley Bean Thornton
Ashley Thornton is the Director for Professional and Organizational Development. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of training and development and has consulted with major corporations including Shell Oil, Amoco and Delta Airlines. Ashley has been serving at Baylor University since 1998; she is also a Baylor graduate, English ‘83. Ashley is a deacon at Lake Shore Baptist church where she and her husband Craig have attended since moving to Waco. They have two dogs: Dixie and Ruby.
