1. Do I need to run the PawPrints app?
Baylor computers will run the program by default. Mac users using their own computer MUST run it to authenticate jobs. For Windows users using their own computer it is optional, but recommended. The app provides quick access to PawPrints tools, including balance and release, and sends notifications if there are problems.

2. My bearID (first_last) is longer than 20 characters. How to I login to PawPrints?
Login using only the first 20 characters of your bearID as your username. For example, Bobby-Taylor_Bearsicem would login with the username Bobby-Taylor_Bearsic
3. What if I find a printer out of order?
Please fill out a PawPrints Issue form located at the link below. You may also put the "Out of Order" sign on the front of the printer (it's taped to the back).
It's good practice to release print jobs from your mobile phone (visit baylor.edu/pawprints/release) when you're physically at the printer, so you can see if it's down for maintenance or has a line of students before you decide on using it.
