Student Parking Permits are required for students to park on campus Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Student Parking permits allow for parking in designated student parking areas.

Student On Campus Parking Permit
This Student Parking Permit is ideal for students that reside on campus or want access to the most convenient student parking areas on campus. The permit provides access to student parking areas located in four parking garages and twelve surface lots, all located on campus.
Student East Campus Garage Permit
Limited availability
This Student Parking Permit provides access to student parking in the East Campus Garage. This garage is located one block east of the Baylor Science Building (BSB) between 2nd and 3rd Street. The Baylor University Shuttle (BUS) on class days, between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM has 10 buses per hour that pass by the garage heading to campus. Student Ferrell Center Permit (Day Parking)
This Parking Permit has been designed with off campus residents in mind. The Ferrell Center provides ample hassle free parking and is connected to campus by the Baylor University Shuttle (BUS) Gold Route. Please see the BUS schedule for detailed information. Please note this parking permit is for student parking between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM and overnight parking is not allowed.
*Students should not park in Visitor's lots between the hours of 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
*All student permits are good for both the Fall and Spring semesters. All permit types allow for on campus parking privileges during the summer sessions.
