In case of inclement weather during during the weekend of September 18 and 19 (Parents Weekend 2009) the following outdoor events shall be moved to their secondary locations:

• Dessert Party will be moved from the patio and promenade area of the Baylor Sciences Building to the Ken and Celia Carlile Atrium of the Baylor Sciences Building where all scheduled activities will continue as planned.
  
  

• Parent Faculty Coffee will be moved from the Burleson Quadrangle to the foyer of the Mayborn Museum where all scheduled activities will continue as planned.

• Dinner on the Grounds will be moved from the gardens of Founders Mall to the floor of the Ferrell Center where the luncheon and all other scheduled activities will continue on as planned.
