Making Achievement Possible - Fall 2012
Baylor University is proud to offer MAP-Works, a first-year success program for new freshman and transfer students. Through this national program, students have the opportunity to share about their experiences at Baylor and then receive helpful feedback. MAP-Works uses the information provided by the student to develop strategies that prepare him or her to overcome obstacles and plan ahead.
Students who participate in the MAP-Works Fall Transition Survey are expected to:
- Earn a higher GPA due to identified problem areas;
- Identify academic weaknesses and discover campus resources for assistance;
- Benefit from additional direct and individualized staff support and assistance;
- Receive personalized feedback from the survey results.
The fall survey will be available until October 5th. Encourage your student to participate in this exciting new program.
